Frost’s Frenchies is a French Bulldog breeder committed to ethical breeding and providing healthy, well-socialized puppies. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Frost’s Frenchies.

2.1. Eligibility

• By using our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Puppy Purchase Terms

3.1. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The deposit amount will be applied to the total cost of the puppy.
• Deposits are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.

3.2. Payment

• The full balance must be paid before the puppy is released to the buyer.
• Accepted payment methods are outlined during the purchasing process.

3.3. Health Guarantee

• All puppies come with a health guarantee, the terms of which will be provided in a written agreement at the time of purchase.
• Buyers are required to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking ownership. Failure to do so voids the health guarantee.
• The health guarantee covers genetic conditions explicitly listed in the agreement but does not cover minor or preventable conditions.

3.4. Delivery or Pickup

• Puppies must be picked up or shipped by the agreed-upon date. Additional fees may apply for extended care or delayed pickup.
• Shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the buyer.

3.5. Return and Refund Policy

• Puppies are sold on a non-refundable basis. Exceptions may apply in cases of significant health issues as determined by Frost’s Frenchies and a licensed veterinarian.
• Buyers unable to care for their puppy must contact Frost’s Frenchies to discuss rehoming options.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on www.frostsfrenchies.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Frost’s Frenchies. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Frost’s Frenchies is not liable for:

• Damages or losses resulting from the use of the website or services.
• Health issues not covered by the health guarantee.
• Third-party links or external content accessed through our website.
