Reservations & Payment Information
We try to make the reservation and payment process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. If you ever have questions, we’re always happy to help.

Reserving a Puppy
A $500 reservation fee is required to reserve a puppy from a current or upcoming litter. Your reservation fee goes toward the final purchase price of your puppy.
Before placing a deposit, please be sure you’re ready and committed to adding a puppy to your family. Once a puppy is reserved, we begin turning away other interested homes and holding that puppy specifically for you. Because of this, reservation fees are non-refundable except in the event of severe illness, injury, or loss of the puppy prior to going home.
If the right puppy is not available, deposits can usually be transferred to the next available litter.
While we do our best to match preferences, we can’t guarantee exact colors, markings, size, or adult traits.
Our goal is to make the best possible match for both our puppies and their future families, so we may occasionally recommend a different puppy or decline placement if we do not feel it would be the right fit.
